Extravagant gifts, need extravant gifts…
When someone gives you a gift, it is a challenge to find the right gift to give back to them. And the better the gift the more you should give in return. So when the God of the Universe give His own Son what does he expect from us?

Hey Ben - again very inspiring and I have to agree with you 100% - all I have to do (or any one have to do) is to accept God’s gift of love …
But Ben - how can I get myself to accept it in my brokenness … when the world had taught me I am a product of rejection over and over … I am sure many listening to this great devotional have this question too …. we have the knowledge that, that is all we need to do … but we don’t know how do get ourselves to accept God’s love is also for me, not just for others!
If your own mother (father/parents) rejected you, when family and friends rejected you and you been used and abused … you start to believe that is what you are here for … as everybody in your life is doing that … so why would God be different to you than even your own parents?
how can a broken/rejected/abused person come to accept that Gods gift of love is also for her/him/me?
